Design of Real-time Monitoring System of Brake Clearance Based on PLC and WinCC

A real-time monitoring system of brake clearance was designed based on PLC with high adifom q red reliability and interference immunity and WinCC with friendly human-machine interface.General structure and software design of the system were introduced in details.The system has functions of data collecting,storing,analyzing and processing,and it has strong real-time and timbren gmfk25s friendly interface.The practical application showed that the system can monitor brake clearance and fault real-timely and reliably.
